Tous Les Jours, operated by CJ Foodville, has opened a new store in Ulaangom, a key city in northwestern Mongolia, the company announced Tuesday.

The Ulaangom store occupies about 241 square meters on the ground floor of a newly built mixed-use building in the city's central plaza commercial district. Set up as a bakery cafe with 54 seats, it offers a range of baked goods and beverages.

Ulaangom is a major northwestern city roughly 1,400 kilometers from the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar, serving as a regional commercial hub that draws consumer demand from surrounding areas. The store offers cakes alongside a variety of K-bakery items, desserts and drinks.

The opening comes about six months after Tous Les Jours launched a store in Darkhan, Mongolia's second-largest city, in December last year, expanding its business footprint in the country. The company said its supply infrastructure, manufacturing capabilities and operational systems provided the foundation for the expansion. The new opening was proposed by Tous Les Jours' local master franchise partner in Mongolia.

Tous Les Jours first entered Mongolia in 2016 through a master franchise agreement with local firm Artisan LLC — then known as Mongbakery — becoming the first Korean bakery brand to do so. Since then, it has continued to grow by strengthening its partnership with the local master franchise partner.
