Madeca Cream, the flagship product of Centellian24 — the dermocosmetic brand of Dongkook Pharmaceutical — is on the verge of surpassing 100 million units in cumulative global sales, cementing K-beauty's growing stature worldwide. The brand also shattered its own records at a major Amazon discount event, further solidifying its foothold in the North American market.

Dongkook Pharmaceutical announced Monday that Centellian24 posted sales growth of more than 900 percent year-on-year during Amazon Prime Day, which targets paid members. The figure also topped the brand's performance during last year's Black Friday and Cyber Monday period by more than 20 percent.

The brand's PDRN lineup drove the strong showing at the event. The 360-Shot PDRN Lifting Eye Cream claimed the No. 1 bestseller spot in the eye treatment cream category on Amazon US. Madeca Cream Time Reverse ranked ninth in the face moisturizer category, while Expert Madeca Cream Active Renew PDRN broke into the top 40 in the same category.

Building on these results, Centellian24 has secured a stable position in Amazon's bestseller rankings, laying the groundwork to compete against global premium brands. Amid this rising international profile, Madeca Cream has surpassed 97 million units in cumulative global sales, putting the 100 million-unit milestone within reach.

The brand's influence in overseas markets continues to grow. Product reviews are spreading rapidly on social media alongside the surge in Amazon sales. The beauty device Madeca Prime Max was recently featured in global beauty magazine Elle, and several key products have won consecutive awards at global beauty competitions, further demonstrating their competitiveness.

Since launching its PDRN line in 2024, Centellian24 has consistently expanded the lineup. The brand has introduced a string of new products — including Expert Madeca Cream Active Renew PDRN, developed last year in collaboration with beauty influencer Nana, as well as the 360-Shot PDRN Active Serum and the 360-Shot PDRN Lifting Eye Cream — positioning itself as a leader in the K-derma market.

"This achievement is again a testament to the trust global consumers place in our product quality and brand," a Centellian24 official at Dongkook Pharmaceutical said. "Building on the competitiveness we have established through Amazon Prime Day, we will grow into a brand that represents K-derma not only in North America but on the world stage."
