SK hynix confirmed its American depositary receipt offering price at $149 per share, the company disclosed. The offering raises $26.5 billion, or about 40 trillion won.

The deal marks the largest initial public offering by a foreign company in US history, surpassing Alibaba's previous record of $25 billion.

SK hynix is scheduled to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Friday.
