Titleist announced Thursday it will release four limited-edition T-Series Black Vapor irons — the T100, T150, T250 and T350 — on July 23, featuring a premium black finish on its 2025 T-Series iron lineup.
The limited-edition models retain the tour-proven performance of the 2025 T-Series irons while adding a black finish through a Titanium Carbide Vapor treatment.
The Titanium Carbide Vapor finish is applied to the head surface through a vapor deposition process, producing a deep, refined premium black color. The finish also offers strong durability and resistance to contamination, minimizing everyday marks such as fingerprints and smudges so the premium black look retains its polished appearance over time.
The shafts and grips are also finished in black, adding to the exclusive appeal of the limited-edition set.
Titleist brand ambassador and world-class tour player Cameron Smith was among the first to request that Titleist produce a black iron, and he currently plays a blended set combining the T250 and T100 Black irons.
"I've played black-finished irons since the AP iron days," Smith said. "The black finish makes the topline look sharper and the head more compact, which naturally helps me focus." He said the design and the confidence the black irons give him have been a source of satisfaction.
