The Seodaemun-gu Happy Green Center blog, operated by Seodaemun-gu (district mayor Park Un-gi), has been selected as an outstanding education case for July under Naver's Naver Mate program, earning recognition for the expertise and credibility of its environmental education content.
The selection reflects the blog's track record of delivering clear and accurate information on environmental policy and education to residents.
Naver Mate is Naver's premium content partner program, launched last month to support and nurture creators and communities — including blogs and cafes — whose content is frequently cited in AI briefings.
Selections are made monthly based primarily on AI citation counts, with additional consideration given to subject-matter expertise, user engagement, service activity, content credibility and search utility.
The Happy Green Center blog, based at 111 Hongjecheon-ro, has provided a wide range of environmental education content grounded in expertise and public value — covering environmental education and policy, activity records, teaching material development and distribution, and eco-friendly lifestyle card news. As a result, the blog accumulated 330,000 AI briefing citations in the first half of 2026.
As a Naver Mate, the blog's environmental education content is set to serve as a key resource across Naver's various AI search channels.
Seodaemun-gu District Mayor Park Un-gi said the recognition was "the result of consistently providing residents with useful environmental education information in the digital age," adding that the district would continue "delivering reliable environmental policy and education content in a clear and accurate way that anyone can trust."
Seodaemun-gu communicates with residents through its official blog as well as YouTube, Instagram and other social media channels, sharing education and lifestyle information, cultural and arts events, and district news.
