Broadcaster Kim Gura has shared that his younger daughter Suhyeon, who turns 5 this year, passed the second round of admissions at an international school.

On Wednesday, a video titled "First Parents' Day with Mom" was uploaded to "Kim Gri," a YouTube channel run by Kim's son Gri.

In the video, Gri visited the family home with gifts to mark Parents' Day and warmly called his stepmother "Mom."

Spotting the champagne Gri had brought, Kim said there was already something to celebrate — Suhyeon had passed the school's second-round entrance exam.

Suhyeon also showed off her fluent English in the video.

Kim had a son, Gri, with his first wife, but the couple divorced in 2015 amid financial disputes, including debts and asset seizures tied to loan guarantees. After repaying his ex-wife's 1.7 billion won ($1.09 million) in debt within three years, Kim remarried in 2020 — his new wife a non-celebrity 12 years his junior — and welcomed their daughter Suhyeon in July 2021.
