South Korea national team goalkeeper Kim Seung-gyu has finally held his newborn daughter after completing his World Cup duties.

Kim Jin-kyung, a model and Kim Seung-gyu's wife, posted a photo on her social media account Tuesday.

The image did not show either parent's face, but drew attention for capturing Kim Seung-gyu's arms cradling his daughter alongside the baby's tiny feet.

Kim Jin-kyung gave birth on June 4, while Kim Seung-gyu was away competing in the 2026 World Cup in North America. The photo suggests he held his now one-month-old daughter for the first time.

Kim Seung-gyu and Kim Jin-kyung married in June 2024.
