Shin Ji-woo claimed her first career victory on the KLPGA Dream Tour, winning a four-hole playoff Wednesday.
Shin finished the 2026 Muan CC-All For You Dream Tour's 10th leg at Muan Country Club (par 73) in Muan, South Jeolla Province, at 10 under par 136 across two rounds, forcing a playoff against Kim Na-hyun, who matched her score. The event carried a purse of 70 million won ($45,500), with a first-place prize of 10.5 million won.
On the fourth extra hole — the par-5, 538-yard 18th — Kim made par while Shin drained a three-meter birdie putt to seal the win.
"I'm so happy and it still hasn't sunk in," Shin said. "It was my first career playoff, but instead of feeling nervous I just tried to enjoy the round. Taking a putting lesson right before the tournament and correcting my stance gave me a big boost, and my putts dropped at all the key moments — that's what got me the win."
