The Lotte Giants have reeled off six consecutive wins, laying the groundwork for a push into the middle of the KBO League standings.

Lotte defeated the NC Dinos 3-2 at Sajik Baseball Stadium in Busan on Tuesday in the 2026 Shinhan SOL KBO League regular season.

The victory pushed eighth-place Lotte to six straight wins, cutting the gap with seventh-place NC to two games. It was the Giants' first six-game winning streak in 329 days, since a run that stretched from July 23 to July 29 last year, spanning games against the Kiwoom Heroes in Gocheok and the NC Dinos in Busan.

Lotte struck first in the bottom of the first. Leadoff batter Hwang Seong-bin reached on a double, then scored on consecutive groundouts by Ko Seung-min and Victor Reyes to give Lotte an early lead.

NC responded immediately. Kim Hyeong-jun hit a solo home run in the top of the third to level the score at 1-1.

NC broke the deadlock in the top of the eighth. Kim Han-byeol singled to center-right and advanced to third on a stolen base and a catcher's throwing error, then scored on a sacrifice fly by Lee Woo-seong to put NC ahead 2-1.

Lotte answered right away. Pinch hitter No Jin-hyeok launched a solo home run over the center-right field wall off NC's Kim Jin-ho in the bottom of the eighth to tie the game at 2-2. It was No's first career pinch-hit home run.

Lotte's bullpen held firm in the top of the ninth. Choe Jun-yong escaped a one-out, runner-on-second jam by striking out two consecutive batters to end the inning.

Lotte completed the walk-off in the bottom of the ninth. Han Dong-hui led off with a single, and the Giants loaded the bases with no outs after the opposing defense opted to play the bunt. Jeon Min-jae struck out, but Yun Dong-hui delivered the walk-off hit to seal the win.
