China Airlines and Nol Universe have launched the "2026 Garmin Run Taipei Expedition" package and begun recruiting participants for the four-day, three-night trip departing Nov. 27. The premium sports-themed travel product combines entry to a marathon organized by smartwatch brand Garmin with flights, accommodation and expert mentoring.
Running creator "Running BK" — Park Byung-kwon — will accompany participants throughout the entire itinerary. Park will lead two pre-race expert sessions and a local shakeout run, guiding participants from race preparation through to the finish line.
All participants receive entry to either the 10-kilometer or half-marathon (21-kilometer) course at the 2026 Garmin Run Taipei. Beyond the standard package that includes flights and accommodation, buyers can also choose a hotel-only pack or a TNA pack centered on race entry.
China Airlines joined the product as the aviation partner. The Taiwanese carrier and SkyTeam member operates daily flights on the Incheon/Busan–Taipei route.
"We are delighted to offer customers a new travel experience through this differentiated sports-themed travel product that combines running and travel," a China Airlines official said. "We will continue to work with various partners to deliver more convenient, high-satisfaction service and add to the enjoyment of traveling to Taiwan."
Full details on the "2026 Garmin Run Taipei Expedition" package are available on the NOL platform. Nol Universe plans to roll out additional packages tied to the Garmin Run Asia series, starting with Garmin Run Taipei and extending to major Asian cities including Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong and Ayutthaya in Thailand.
