Seo Ho-jeong, the younger daughter of Amorepacific Group Chairman Seo Kyung-bae, is getting married Sunday at the Shilla Hotel in Jangchung-dong, Seoul.

According to industry sources, her groom-to-be is a foreign investment and management consultant who studied in the United States. The ceremony will be held privately, with only family members and invited guests in attendance.

Born in 1995, Seo graduated from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration in 2018 and joined Osulloc, an Amorepacific Group affiliate, as a new hire in July last year. She handles product development and marketing at the tea brand.

Seo received Amorepacific Holdings shares from her father in 2023, and in March received an additional 190,000 shares of Amorepacific common stock.

Meanwhile, Seo Min-jeong, the elder daughter of Chairman Seo, who joined Amorepacific in 2017, has been on an extended leave of absence since July 2023.
