T-Scanner, a smart golf booking platform operated by golf course service company Golfzon County (CEO Seo Sang-hyeon), announced Monday it will run a "Plan B (Rain) Program" to ease the financial burden on golfers whose rounds are disrupted by rain.
Running through July 12 during the monsoon season, the promotion refunds 50 percent of a customer's green fee — up to 100,000 won ($66) — in G-Pass points (formerly Golfzon Mileage) when a round is canceled or cut short due to rain after the customer has checked in at the course.
The program applies to customers who booked through T-Scanner at least 15 days before their round date, and is limited to 18-hole round reservations for groups of three or more.
To claim the refund, customers must submit proof-of-visit documents through the event page on the T-Scanner website by July 31. Required documentation includes a photo of the locker key showing the date and the reservation holder's name, as well as a hole-settlement receipt if the round was cut short.
"We have again prepared the Plan B (Rain) Program this year so that customers who hesitate to book during the unpredictable monsoon season can reserve with greater peace of mind," said Kang Sin-hyeok, team leader at Golfzon County T-Scanner. "We plan to continue rolling out a variety of services and events to enhance customer convenience going forward."
