Offices in Taiwan, US, China and three other countries join the drive
Coupang Inc announced Wednesday that it held its "Ku-Nanum Blood Donation Campaign" with global employees ahead of World Blood Donor Day on June 14.
The ESG team of Coupang Fulfillment Services organized the campaign, which took place aboard a Korean Red Cross Seoul Southern Blood Center donation bus stationed near the company's Jamsil office in Seoul. Employees from Coupang Inc, Coupang Fulfillment Services, Coupang Logistics Services and Coupang Pay participated voluntarily. Blood donation certificates collected through the campaign will be donated to the Korea Childhood Leukemia Foundation.
Now in its fourth year since launching in 2023, the campaign has expanded beyond South Korea to offices in six countries, including Taiwan, the United States, India, China and Portugal.
Ryan Brown, chief executive of Coupang Fulfillment Services, said he was proud of Coupang employees who joined together ahead of World Blood Donor Day.
