Singer Lim Young-woong, who lives in a Han River-view penthouse valued at 5.1 billion won (about $3.36 million), offered fans a glimpse into his down-to-earth daily life.

On Tuesday, Lim appeared on the SBS variety program "Mountain Bachelor Lim Young-woong," showing viewers how he packed for a trip to the countryside.

In the footage, Lim gave a tour of his walk-in closet. "I think this is the first time I've shown the closet since moving in," he said. "There's not much to see."

The closet featured clothes sorted by type on a system hanger rack, while an island dresser drew attention with a collection of perfumes and sunglasses arranged on top.

"The clothes I wear most are workout clothes," Lim said. "I basically just wear tracksuits, soccer jerseys and comfortable short-sleeve shirts every day."

He then pulled out a pair of pants he said he was particularly attached to. "I wear these when I work out, when I go out and when I sleep," he said, tucking them into his bag. "I think I've been wearing them for about five or six years."

He added that he also sticks to the same sunglasses and eyeglasses day after day.

At one point, Lim discovered some emergency cash tucked inside a glasses case and broke into a wide smile, exclaiming it was a lucky find. He also showed a practical side when he looked at his perfume collection and said, "I'm going to the mountains — I don't need perfume."

Lim purchased the 89-pyeong (1 pyeong equals 3.3 square meters) penthouse unit in a mixed-use complex in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul in 2022, paying the full 5.1 billion won in cash.
