Jeong Suk-ui passed away Tuesday at 7:10 p.m. She is survived by her children Shin Young-chang, Sang-cheol, Gyeong-ja and Su-cheol; daughters-in-law Lee Hyeon-gyeong, Jang Yong-seon and Lee Ok-hui; and grandchildren Shin Dong-uk, Dong-ik (Daegu Nam-gu Office), Dong-yun (planning and coordination office, The Korea Herald), Dong-yeop, Ji-yeong, Mi-yeong, A-yeong and Dong-hun. She is also survived by grandchildren Lee Sang-hun and Min-hye, and grandchildren-in-law Kim Min-ji (Daegu Suseong-gu Office), Kim Hui-jin and Kim Jeong-won. The funeral is being held at Uiseong Jungbu Nonghyup Funeral Hall, Room 2, in Uiseong-gun, North Gyeongsang Province. The procession departs Thursday at 7 a.m., with burial at the family plot in Gyoan-ri, Sinpyeong-myeon, Uiseong-gun, North Gyeongsang Province. Tel: 054-832-2704.
