Over 50 employees join plogging event; campaign to reach Busan

Paradise marked Environment Month in June by holding a plogging event for employees as part of its ESG initiatives.

About 50 people took part, including Paradise CEO Choi Jong-hwan and staff from Paradise City Hotel & Casino and Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City, along with members of the company's internal communications group "Para Connector" and volunteer organization "Gaongil."

Participants walked through neighborhoods near Paradise City, collecting litter from roadsides and green spaces. The event aimed to promote a culture of everyday eco-friendly practices and contribute to improving the local environment.

Paradise has continued building on "Paradise Green Step," its eco-focused ESG campaign launched last year. An additional plogging event for employees at Paradise Hotel Busan is scheduled for June 23, extending the campaign to Busan and broadening the scope of the company's ESG efforts.

"It was a meaningful occasion for employees to reflect on the importance of the environment through small everyday actions and share ESG values together," a Paradise official said. "We plan to continue pursuing a variety of eco-friendly activities that engage the local community."
