Complex sits near Rodeo commercial district, Costco and other established amenities

The Gyeryong Construction Consortium — comprising Gyeryong Construction, Joonghung Construction and Hoban Construction — announced Tuesday it will launch pre-sales this month for Elif Godeok Central High at Block Aab-13 of the Pyeongtaek Godeok International New Town in Gyeonggi Province.

The complex will rise up to 25 above-ground floors across nine buildings, with two below-ground levels, for a total of 996 units. Available unit types include 59-square-meter and 84-square-meter exclusive use area configurations.

Pyeongtaek's Godeok International New Town has drawn growing attention as a leading emerging residential destination in southern Greater Seoul, anchored by Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek campus. The area is also benefiting from a broader expansion of what is being called the "Godeok Phase 3 living zone," which adds administrative, cultural and education functions on top of existing lifestyle infrastructure.

The Godeok International New Town area already has an established commercial base, including the Rodeo shopping district, a traditional market, Costco and NewCore Outlet. Planned additions — among them the Pyeongtaek Arts Center, a central commercial district, an administrative town, an international school and a central library — are expected to further improve residents' quality of life.

Elif Godeok Central High is positioned at the center of this expanding Godeok living zone. The complex is roughly a five-minute drive from Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek campus, making it well suited for workers seeking proximity to their workplace. Strong demand from Samsung Electronics employees and workers at affiliated suppliers is anticipated.

Unit designs are tailored for owner-occupiers. A notable feature is the inclusion of 59-square-meter units, a size that has not been offered in the Godeok International New Town for some time. The 84-square-meter units adopt a four-bay layout across all configurations and incorporate storage-focused design elements — including a pantry, an alpha room and a walk-in closet — to maximize usable space. The complex is oriented primarily toward the south, and parking is provided at a ratio of 1.68 spaces per unit.

"Homebuyers in today's pre-sale market are increasingly focused not just on location but on actual residential satisfaction," a project official said. "Elif Godeok Central High offers proximity to Samsung, access to the Seojeong-ri transit-oriented area and the Godeok Phase 3 living zone all at once, along with the rare availability of 59-square-meter units and owner-occupier-focused design — all of which we expect to generate strong interest."

A model home for Elif Godeok Central High is scheduled to open in Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, in June.
