Commercial units inside the Gwacheon Dietre Prestige apartment complex, built by Daebang Construction, will be offered through a public bidding process.

Located in Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town, Gwacheon Dietre Prestige is a residential complex of 740 units. The commercial space now being offered consists of seven units.

The commercial units are positioned along the main pedestrian routes used by residents. In-complex retail spaces of this type typically attract everyday businesses such as convenience stores, restaurants, cafes and education facilities.

The catchment area extends beyond the complex's own 740 households to include nearby residential developments — Gwacheon Prugio Ortus and Gwacheon Rio Fore Desiang — bringing the total surrounding residential base to roughly 1,722 units.

The commercial units sit within Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town, a mixed-use development combining residential, office and education functions. The district is home to a growing number of companies in IT, biotech, gaming and research and development.

According to Gwacheon city officials and industry sources, a number of companies and office facilities have already moved into Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town, with additional tenants expected to follow.

The units are situated near the complex's main entrance, and all seven are on the ground floor.

On the transport front, the GTX-C line and a planned Gwacheon Information Town station are in the pipeline, and a bypass road project for National Highway 47 is also under way. The bypass is scheduled for a two-way temporary opening in September.

The commercial units at Gwacheon Dietre Prestige will be made available through a public bidding process.
