Dell Technologies on Monday announced the 2026 Dell Technologies Partner Program, which offers higher rewards to partners that drive results.
The program takes effect in August.
Under the new program, partners selling strategic solutions — including Dell Private Cloud and Dell Automation Platform — will receive a differentiated sales incentive structure for key products. Partners that take a leading role in selling product lines essential to enterprise modernization will qualify for enhanced compensation.
The program also introduces a core customer incentive. Dell said the move reflects a recognition that partners deserve rewards not only for winning new customers but also for deepening relationships with existing ones. The incentive credits partners for expanding business with designated accounts and prospective customers.
Alongside this, Dell has introduced a formal recognition framework for the co-selling contributions of advisory and systems integration partners. Advisory and SI partners influence customer decisions well before a purchase order is placed, so Dell will formally credit co-sell revenue generated through those relationships.
"We plan to build a powerful partner ecosystem that can move faster, backed by enhanced sales incentives and investment in AI-powered tools," said Kim Kyung-jin, president of Dell Technologies Korea.
Last year, Dell's partners posted double-digit growth across all business segments — a result the company said reflects the scale of the market it is targeting. According to research firm Omdia, the total addressable market stands at $6.1 trillion, with more than $4 trillion of that realized through partners.
Meanwhile, Dell Technologies posted first-quarter (March–May) sales of $43.8 billion (about 66 trillion won), up 88 percent year-on-year, driven by surging demand for AI data center servers. The company said it was the highest growth rate since its relisting in 2018.
