Gapyeong hanok up for auction in the 300 million won range
Ground floor zoned for commercial use, upper floor for residential
A property spanning more than 200 pyeong (roughly 660 square meters) in Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province, has come up for auction. The hybrid building has a ground floor usable as a commercial facility and an upper floor configured as a residence.
The property stands out for its striking tiled roof and easy access from a main road. Initially appraised at close to 500 million won (about $345,000), it drew no buyers in the first round and will go to a second auction on June 24 with a minimum bid of 332 million won (about $229,000). The property is also located near Nami Island and Jaraseom.
