10 member companies to supply units across 9 project sites
The Korea Housing Builders Association plans to supply approximately 4,000 housing units nationwide in May, with none scheduled for Seoul.
The association said Wednesday it surveyed pre-sale plans among its member companies and found that 10 firms plan to offer 3,952 units across nine project sites.
The figure represents a 47 percent drop from the previous month's 7,430 units, though it marks an increase of 2,337 units compared with the same month last year, when 1,615 units were offered.
By region, the planned supply breaks down as follows: 601 units in Incheon, 1,111 units in Gyeonggi Province, 481 units in Ulsan, 1,679 units in South Jeolla Province and 80 units in Jeju.
